Volt and the Swortech

This is Volt. She is a rebel in the country Queruland <pronuncation is like 'Que?'-Rule-Land>. Yes, this is a woman. I know she might look like a guy in the first place, but that's part of the story.
The sword is called Swortech, it's an almost legendary weapon, that she made by herself when she was 18. it can give enormous big electric shocks.

the red eyepiece is the only directly visible part of her Cyborg-biology: she has computers in her back and neck to fight better, to react 20 times faster and to remember more.
her normal IQ is 140, but with the computers in her back and neck, it is 180.
